SPECSAVERS - Club Defibrillator

Specsavers have been long standing sponsors of Avon Bowling Club. They sponsored the installation of a defibrillator on the exterior of the club 5 years ago. They have now kindly sponsored a replacement battery for this life saving device. Club members have recently been trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service in basic life saving techniques. The defibrillator is an essential requirement for the local community. Specsavers have ensured that this vital asset will continue to be available to the community of Stratford-upon-Avon. Rapid access to cardio pulmonary resuscitation alongside the use of a defibrillator has been proven to save lives.
