Match Report - 28 May 2025, Avon Bowling Club Pickering Triples 2 lost to Wellesbourne
A bit of a comedown after last weeks excitement, a weakened team (even I was playing) never quite got to grips with an excellent Wellesbourne. Messrs Jones, Crutchley and Roberts were ahead in their game but couldn't hold on and we were never ahead in either of the other two games. Despite the result an enjoyable afternoon and nice to see quite a few supporters watching the games. Special thanks to Maggie who was on standby for us.
