We started this fixture 7 points ahead of Lillington 2 and ended it 7 points ahead thanks to a hard fought draw.
The 2 Daves and Peter B got off to a great start against a strong triple with a couple of fours. However they were slowly overhauled and went down 12-20.
Christine, Carl, and Peter C got off to a tough start, down 0-7 after 6 ends, before going on a roll to be 13-12 up after 16. Then a 1 and a (poorly skipped) 4 down in the last two ends resulted in a 13-17 loss.
The dominant performance of the day was from Nik, Terry and Paul, 13-5 up after 9 ends, running out 27-12 winners and enabling the 4-4 draw.
